Chincherchis

Chincherchis make a simple bunch of flowers. They require very little care other than to appreciate them as they flower once you get them home.

Here in our walk in coolroom at Stems in Ballarat the Chincherchis look like little mini christmas trees. Here's a shot of what they look like when they flower. They are certianly something you will appreciate once you have watched them bloom over a week. They start their season in late October.

They look fantasitc standing alone in a tall pasta jar or milk bottle look jar.
